The Cosmic and Copenhagen Interpretation

Schrödinger’s cat thought experiment illustrates the paradoxical nature of quantum mechanics: how can a cat be both live and dead? In short, it reveals the issues pertaining to the scientifically accepted idea of superpositioned states in combination to the natural world seen by the naked eye. While many interpretations of Quantum Mechanics exist, perhaps the most notable, is that of the Copenhagen Interpretation.

It is the writer’s opinion, his intuition and influence rather, by his previous philosophical studies, which allow him to resonate most agreeably with said interpretation. Indeed, within the Copenhagen interpretation it states that a system stops being a superposition of states and becomes either one or the other when an observation takes place. In relation to this experiment, this observation is merely a measurement, however, in relation to a knowing subject, much like the writer and the reader, this measurement is an observation.

As repetitive as it might seem one must give sufficient respect to what this scenario entails; what is the significance of such an observation? This significance implies both the ability to question and alter reality for if it were not for an observation there would be no reality.

Once again, the writer feels compelled to repeat the already stated to establish a proper understanding of what is acknowledgment, of what is observation, and what is reality. In accordance to what has been said and what the writer has studied it is evident to note that the significance of these simply repeated sentences reside within Schopenhauer’s definition and philosophy of the term will.
 
The purpose of physics in this case is to bring to the light the form in which this phenomena exists. Thus we return to the Copenhagen interpretation and Quantum physics. In regards to the double slit experiments we must now thank Neil Bohr and Werner Heisenberg for stepping beyond the realm of empirical observations and questioning through the form of mathematics and experimentations the essence of life.

Life, in all its many facets, for us, begins at the moment of conception. Our creation, thus (aside from the ecstasy of an orgasm which some fathom to be the ‘big bang’) begins in a moment of pure willing; semen swimming towards an egg striving to be an entity. It is important to note the resemblance between a beam of light and a sperm cell and touch upon the fact that between them both, a will is controlling and guiding the path our existence is founded on.

How do you live this life in accordance to what is thought to be right, moral and just?

Stoicism teaches us, the human freedom, the belief that virtue is all that is important to maintain a will that is in accord with nature. It teaches us the self control and fortitude as a means to overcome destructive and dark emotions; it is a philosophy that holds that becoming a clear and unbiased thinker allows one to understand the universal reason.

You know what I happen to enjoy a lot? Music.

 

Music has this interesting and inevitable method of attracting all forms of life. I don’t know why it is. I mean i could explain it…Thinking about it now in a scientific way, music sends out vibrations into the air. It is through these frequencies that excites molecules to shake and shiver, much like our bodies do when we listen to those electric beats. We nod our heads in approval and in cordination to the beat. Theres a very jungle rythmic feel to the whole thing that brings the mind back to the primal stages of man.

I have come to the conclusion that either

MUSIC MADE MAN

 

If it weren’t for the evolution of music, I do not think man would have progressed. I am very confident in the fact that man learned to communicate through music. After all, the one of the first intruments invented was the drum. And probably around the fire man would dance in circles drumming away.

 

Let me now explain to you why HOUSE music, or all that techno vechno music has such a universal appeal: because its beat is in cordination with our hearts. Its that UNCE UNCE UNCE UNCE party boy shit that beats along insessintly to our heart beats that keeps us moving for so long. Thats why modern day music festivals have so much trance, techno, house, you name it…whatever has that beat grooves your heart.

The Essence of the Mind

 is perhaps greater than existence and time in that it is kin to art-

 in that it is capable of relating the past and future possibilities all within the inherent moment.  

                    

The old will more often than not revert back to their youthful days and think of how time has ravaged their reality. This ought not to be. Quite the contrary, time should ripen, not rape, the essence of the mind… since everyday is a chance to create.

 

 

 

                                                             This is my creed.

Christianity and structured religion exists and serves as a structure to give thanks to the ¨Élan Vital¨. Unfortunately it has also been manipulated to suite the needs of men. Oh well. I am not concerned with creating a manifesto against these woes. It has been done before and it will no doubt continue to be done so. It is political and I scoff at the word. I am involved in philosophy…in what ought to be. I will bear this responsibility with all of my will.

My will to live. My will to create.

The youth have an inherent lust for life. Our teeth are still white. If we let our mind wallow and retard our senses than disease of apathy will have overcome us. Then, and only then, does death have an excuse to justifiably enter our home of the heart.

Post-modern man has inherently become a ¨Renaissance Man¨ in that we are open to all types of inspiration. Our art is open to all forms of interpretation while communicating to no particular class.

                Caste systems are a way of the past. Financially speaking, yes, some may be better off or down under but the future vision of man is not concerned with finance but rather faith. And let it be known now: this faith I speak of is not related to the Christian faith nor any other deity type obsession. No. I am speaking of a faith directed to the essence of the mind.

               At birth we are presented with several alternatives to attach ones emotions and experiences. From then till death one may receive various amounts of considerable ¨callings.¨ We have no other alternatives but to dream of our future. We must then have faith that our desired goals will allow us to transcend all that has become mundane and insignificant: materialism, finance, and fabricated illusions.

               Upon this day in the 21st century man has exhausted these mediums and has begun to do away with these ideals. We, and I speak as a collective conscious, have begun to pursue a more passionate route to life. Take Rimbaud as an example if you wish. One only has to look to mankind’s progression of spirituality to attain understanding.

               In our western culture, the Greeks began our climb to faith by undertaking the significant task of giving the then contemporary man an image to pursue, that is, a role model of sorts. These inspirations were quite unlike our current understanding of God(s) in that they were given human characteristics and were held in part to the forces of nature.

               Fast forward to the Christian doctrines and structured religions in which ¨our savior¨ Jesus Christ is represented as a transcendental figure surpassing a human status. It is because of this supernatural nature attributed to an illusionary image that man has become a slave to symbols: we have engineered our perceptions to place a high emphasis on the mundane: the finance (the golden calf), the post-death experience (heaven) and even life itself has become an arduous task involving ethics, morals, and material possession.

This is not a treatise against these ideals, but rather an attempt that

brings to light contemporary existences methods of essence.

This has been the evolution of spirituality as we in the western realm have come to know. And I must now thank Jesus Christ, his disciples, and the Christian religion for introducing the idea of a transcendental being to the masses. It is within this construct that the ¨New Age¨ mentalities are beginning to pick up on.

                 Philosophy, an objective view of things both mind and soul has attempted to resolve the issues for quite some time now. The timeline of terms and proofs is extensive. However the essence of our ¨collective consciousness¨ needs not to be well versed in all these ideals in that they have become ingrained in the minds and teachings of all men and women alike. While some understand some things more than others we are continually and progressively evolving at current pace. Generations after generations man succeeds in experimenting, revolting, and thus evolving into the apparent norms.

In order for man to break free from his surroundings and advocated structured norms he must first be forced to rebel and accept that which comes with this lifestyle: alienation, excommunication, ridicule and banishment: societies cockroach. He is a lone soldier fighting for the freedoms the children of his generation will one day adhere to.

The world, not society, is his abode. He must believe in his faith, in his essence of the mind as that which is pushing for revolution. He abides by the rules of nature…of that which is cyclical. He is creating new ripples in the universe in hopes that they may be somehow and in someway be respected and repeated in and around contemporary reality.

From this thought society has understood the process and fundamental ideas art stands for.

ART IS A DIRECT RESPONSE FROM MANS ABILITY TO THINK IN THE ABSTRACT and thus, IS CAPABLE OF REPRESENTING THE PAST AND DEPICTING FUTURE POSSIBILITIES ALL WITHIN THE INHERENT MOMENT.

The Postmodern Renaissance Man must be compelled to create:

The Essence of Family and Freinds

            There is nothing quite as sweet and simple as spending with faithful companions such as family and freinds: it is truly a blessing. And let it be known: i use the word faithful to imply the fact that in the presence of such people one feels significantly more essential. I am bringing back the importance of defintions: i am deciding to enlighten myself on the pleasure of accuracy.

            Perhaps it is that these people, whether they be newfound strangers which welcome you in thier homes shaking with a firm hand insisting on comfort, or family from birth that provide you with love, the result is the same: faith. I speak of faith in the sense that its essence attributes not only to your overall well being but to your accumalated worth: your essence

           Essence is a term that signifies not only what the metaphysics call “the soul” but also what you as this human experiance has managed to understand and, essentially, undertake as a responsibility…It is a responsibility of the mind to perceive both matter and time and formulate existence, and thus essence is best understood in your entire connection to the term consciousness.

        What are you then concious of? The answer is essence, of self-worth and understanding, knowledge- of your experiances both in and out the mind. Acknowleding the essence of the self is perhaps one of the most important and essential aspects of Man.

       In the same way a musician relates his essence to a fretboard and plays upon certain tones and sounds, human beings must also play upon the hearts of others. Our vocal chords speak and communicate stringing together sounds to formulate coherent thoughts derived from the mind- this is the essence of the mind.

       Let this not be confused with the essence of the self. Although they are similiar in nature and highly relevant to eathother, they are both independent in that they unique aspects which attribute to our understanding of the phenomena of being…of us as entity-beings. It is easiest to understnading this by believing in that memorable feeling of faith…

       And thus we return to our family and freinds. How obvious it is to you I do not know, but we can speak genetically and say that our mothers and fathers, sisters and brothers, even strangers and the unknown pose some relevance to our essence. As relatives at a thanksgiving dinner one could perhaps feel the self being much more vibrant and alive. It is in this awesome power of love and faith that humans exist most happily.

      What is the purpose of life? I believe the universe exists as a perpetual cycle of intricate both complex and individual creations as small as a pebble or tall as a rock- it is as varied as the shells by the sea. The purpose of life is to create.

      The universe, life and its many facets is like an endless ocean bursting with waves and energy with no end going beyond the shore. The sky and sea are tied together and physics can state the states: our human eye perceives solids, liquids, and air- we are a collective jumble of Jargon and we listen to Jung or Freud or our fathers or mothers, our sisters and brothers, our teachers and enemies alike.

      The universe is then perhaps just a constant flow of inspiration that determines its dynamic energy in an endless manner. Take music for example: it is a metaphor for what is constantly fluctuating around us: frequencies both high and low, good and bad, major and minor, black and white, hate and love-

Life for the human mind is emotions just as it is essential and this is how we perceive.

        And so let it be known: Live.
